1 General Terms & Conditions

3 Age & Eligibility Requirements

You must be 18 years of age or older to open an account or use any service on 456. Keeping minors away from online gaming is one of 456's core responsibilities.

• Online gaming must be legally permitted in the country from which you are accessing the platform.
• 456 cannot be used if an active self-exclusion is in place.

8 Prohibited Activities

• Match Fixing: Participating in any attempt to manipulate the outcome of a game.
• Fraudulent Transactions: Using stolen or unauthorised payment methods.
• System Hacking: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to 456's software or systems.
• Money Laundering: Using 456 for the purpose of money laundering.

9 Account Closure and Suspension

456 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and for any reason. This action is typically taken under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• KYC verification has not been completed.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• At the member's own request.
• Due to legal obligations.

Members may also request account closure at any time. The opportunity to withdraw any remaining valid balance will be provided before the account is closed.
